One of our children turns ten years old today. He is bright, funny, creative, insightful and a bit quirky. He stands out with his red hair and expressive eyes. Sometimes he hits you with the most profound truth that you think about it all day long. I wonder what he is becoming?

As we sat together in the busy cafeteria yesterday, I got a glimpse into his world. Hearing about it at the end of the school day is one thing, but entering in adds more understanding. Reminded me of our Young Life days of going to where kids were, entering their world. I love getting to do this with my own kids now and see prayers that need to be prayed on their behalf. I look forward to the answers of these prayers this coming year.
